2013 Dental Exam Locations, Dates & Fees

Click here to download a printable PDF of the 2013 schedule. If using a mail-in application, candidates must use the 2013 application, which will be available at the end of December. Any 2012 applications received will be returned.

If an exam shows availability after the application deadline date, candidates may still apply but will be charged a $100 late fee.  Late applications are processed on a space-available basis.  Please review the “Late Applications Policy” for further information. No applications will be accepted after the Final Deadline.
