2012 Dental Exam Locations, Dates & Fees

Click here to download a printable PDF of the 2012 schedule. If using a mail-in application, candidates must use the 2012 application, which will be available at the end of December. Any 2011 applications received will be returned.

If an exam shows availability after the application deadline date, candidates may still apply but will be charged a $100 late fee.  Late applications are processed on a space-available basis.  Please review the “Late Applications Policy” for further information. No applications will be accepted after the Final Deadline.

NOVA CANDIDATES:  Florida statutory restrictions apply to enrollment in the Nova Southeastern exam.  If you are not a current dental student at Nova Southeastern or the University of Florida, please contact Dr. Amir Farhangapour at farhangp@nova.edu prior to applying for the Nova exam.
